Shipping & Handling
Shoplacera.com orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days out of New Jersey. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability, a customer service representative will contact you right away. Orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.
UPS Ground: arrives within 5-7 business days of shipping.
2-Business Day: arrives within 2 business days if placed by 2PM EST.
Next Day: arrives next business day if placed by 2PM EST.
UPS is our preferred shipping carrier, and therefore we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
La Cera offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. If your purchase isn’t absolutely perfect, we will do our best to make it right. Please follow our return policy below so that your exchange or credit will be as seamless as possible.
Except as specifically noted, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase when products are in new condition and are unworn, with original tags attached and packaging materials included. Please be careful when trying on…we cannot accept returns of garments damaged by make-up or stains.
FOR REFUNDS: To return a product based our replacement/return guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product of 30 days (described above). You can receive a Return Authorization by contacting Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers must be postmarked within 15 days of being issued in order for your return to processed. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box containing the returned product.
After receipt of the return, your refund will take 10-14 business days to process. La Cera will not refund the original shipping charges, if applicable.
FOR EXCHANGES: To exchange a product for another item, color, or size please contact us within 30 days at email@example.com. We will be happy to help you select another item and also issue a Return Authorization for the item you will be returning. La Cera will cover the shipping costs for the item you are returning.
We recommend insuring the package for the value of the product as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges until we receive your package.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org if an item is damaged or defective for a special return authorization.CONDITIONS: The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to La Cera. The customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. The customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material.
